To provide an air cleaning apparatus that is capable of decomposing a harmful gas in air to enhance deodorant properties, decomposing a harmful gas adsorbed by a deodorizing filter to gain the extended efficacy of a deodorant efficacy lasting period, and efficiently capturing the harmful gas at a dust collection part by forming a plasma state in a charging part to produce radicals rich in reactivities.
The air cleaning apparatus is provided with the charging part and the dust collection part wherein indoor suspended dust is charged in the charging part and the charged suspended dust in the charging part is collected in the dust collection part. The charging part is comprised of a flat electrode that is dropped into GND and a discharge electrode that applies high positive or negative voltage to the flat electrode. The air cleaning apparatus is also provided with a deodorizing filter having an adsorption face of an odor at the face along with the air flow in the downstream of the air flow from the charging part. The dust collection part arranges a semi-insulation resin to apply high positive or negative voltage to the downstream of the deodorizing filter and a conductive resin that is dropped into GND alternately.
