Abstract:
To enhance a deodorization effect in an air cleaning device, and alleviate a decrease in durability of electrodes.SOLUTION: An air cleaning device comprises: a water storage container 14 provided in a body case 1 comprising a suction port 2 and a discharge port 6, and for storing water; a tablet charging mechanism 18 for charging an electrolysis accelerating tablet 21 into the water storage container 14; an electrolysis unit 17 for generating electrolyzed water with the water in the water storage container 14; a filter portion 16 for retaining the water in the water storage container 14; an air blower 7 for blowing air to the filter portion 16; a control part for controlling the tablet charging mechanism 18, the electrolysis unit 17, and the air blower 7; and a pet mode switch 25 in an operation part 22 for sending a signal to the control part. When the pet mode switch 25 is pressed, the control part operates the tablet charging mechanism 18 to additionally charge the electrolysis accelerating tablet 21 into the water storage container 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
