The control device 1 has: an environment data obtaining portion 11 that obtains environment data indicating an environment of the air-conditioner; a subcooling value estimating portion 14 that selects a combination of control values of the compressor, the expansion valve, the outdoor fan and the indoor fan, and estimates a subcooling value when controlling the compressor, the expansion valve, the outdoor fan and the indoor fan in the selected combination of the control values, in time series; and a control portion 15 that determines a combination of the control values of the compressor, the expansion valve, the outdoor fan and the indoor fan in which a time when the subcooling value estimated by the subcooling value estimating portion 14 is a threshold value or less becomes a determined time or less, and controls the compressor, the expansion valve, the outdoor fan and the indoor fan in the determined combination of the control values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
