Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conveyor which can inhibit a container from being clogged and which can easily eliminate incurred clogging.SOLUTION: An air conveyor 5 conveys empty containers BT by air in the state of aligning the empty containers before the empty containers are filled with contents molded by a blow molding machine. The air conveyor 5 includes a neck rail 8 for guiding the empty container BT in a conveyance direction in a state in which a neck part Bc of the empty container BT is suspended, a shoulder guide 11 that is extended in the same direction as that of the neck rail 8 to guide a shoulder Bc while restricting upward movement of the empty container BT, and a vibrator 20 that vibrates the shoulder guide 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
