PURPOSE: To provide confortable cooling and heating by providing a water amount adjusting valve for adjusting water amount flowing in a water cooled heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: A flow adjusting valve 23 for varying circulating water amount in response to the change in rotational frequency of a compressor 5 driven by a marine engine 4 through a crank pulley 6, an electromagnetic clutch 7 provided in the compressor 5 and a belt 8 detects the rotational frequency of the compressor 5 through the signal of rotational frequency of the marine engine 4. Said signal is received as ignition pulse from one side of an ignition coil 31. Further, a transducer 32 adjusts the opening of the flow adjusting valve 23 through the rotational frequency of the engine, having a circuit constituted to be operated such that the rotational frequency of the engine is proportional to the opening of the flow adjusting valve 23.
