To prevent fogging from generated on a windowpane of a vehicle due to evaporation of condensed water by setting a heat source pass mode, when an operation time of a cold source pass mode reaches a prescribed time or more and an on-vehicle secondary battery is under or just after charging.
A time of operating a cold source pass mode of an indoor first and a second heat exchangers is counted (step (written S after this) 100), and when it is operated for prescribed hours or more (S101), the memory of the cold heat source pass mode operation is set (S102), and a timer for its operating time is reset to 0. Secondly, when a secondary battery is not charged (S103) and if a heating operation is required, no heat source pass mode operation is displayed (S108). On the other hand, when the secondary battery is under charging (S103) and its capacity is a prescribed value or more (S104), a heating operation is performed for prescribed hours and condensed water condensed in the indoor heat exchangers is evaporated and emitted (S105) to the outside of the vehicle so that the fogging on the windowpane in heating operation can be suppressed.
