PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of the above air-conditioner by foreseeing the trouble thereof, by providing a waterlevel detector in a drain pan, and by providing an acceleration sensor for detecting vibration on a fan-driving motor.
CONSTITUTION: Both water coils 4, 5 for cooling air and a drain pan 6 are located at the upper part in a main body 1. The present air-conditioner is formed as follows. That is, a float type waterlevel detector 10 is provided in the drain pan 6, and before drain water overflows from the drain pan because of drain clogging, its abnormal condition is detected thereby and warned. In addition, since a fan 8 is directly connected to an output shaft 7a of a fan- driving motor 7 and driven instead of being belt driven, trouble points are reduced, and an acceleration sensor 11 for detecting vibration is also mounted on the fan-driving motor 7 and before the trouble of the fan-diving motor 7, its abnormal condition is detected thereby and warned.
