To provide an air conditioner prevented from the occurrence of dew condensation at an electric equipment part or the like with inexpensive constitution.
This air conditioner is provided with a heat exchanger 13; a fan 12 for blowing air to the heat exchanger 13; a partition wall part 6 provided on the front face side facing the heat exchanger 13; a front face part 5 disposed on the front face side of the partition wall part 6 with a space part 5a held in between; and an electric box 14 disposed below the heat exchanger 13 to store electrical parts (not shown). The electric equipment part 7 is provided on the front side facing the electric box 14. Coldness of the partition wall 6 cooled with air which has passed the heat exchanger 13 hardly reaches the electric equipment part 7 to prevent the occurrence of dew condensation at the electric equipment part 7, and a heat insulating material for the electric equipment part 7 is disused or a heat insulating material for the partition wall part 6 is simplified to reduce cost and assembling man-hours.
