To provide an air conditioner capable of coping with flame caused by tracking of a control board of the air conditioner, exothermic ignition caused by deterioration of components, exothermic ignition caused by intrusion of small animals, and the like without needing an noncombustible material such as a steel sheet.
As a structure receiving the control board is composed of a resin having flame resistance of UL standard 94-5VA and UL standard 94V-0 based on difference in plate thickness, an integrally-molded structure having the plate thickness capable of securing high flame resistance of UL standard 94-5VA on a region for blocking the flame and the like from a control board section, and the plate thickness having general flame resistance of about UL standard 94V-0 on the other region, can be obtained.
