To provide an air conditioner that can narrow a difference between a set temperature to be displayed and an air temperature while maintaining the comfortability of a user without causing wasteful power consumption.
A human body position detecting means detects in whichever section among a plurality of divided sections of a floor a human body is positioned. A comfort level (X) is acquired by a formula: [X=Ta×α+Tf×β, here, 0≤α≤1, 0≤β≤1, α+β=1], Tf denotes a floor temperature of the section where the human body is positioned which is detected by a floor temperature detecting means, and Ta denotes an air temperature detected by an air temperature detecting means. A set temperature (Ts) is displayed in a detected temperature display part Z2 when the set temperature (Ts) is equal to or lower than the comfort level (X) (Ts≤X), and the air temperature (Ta) is displayed in the detected temperature display part Z2 when the set temperature (Ts) is higher than the comfort level (X) (Ts>X).
