Abstract:
To provide an air conditioner enabling a reduction in size of a device by using one oil separator for ensuring reliability of a compressor while enabling highly efficient heating operation.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes a bypass pipe 117 for connecting a second suction pipe 111 of a second compressor 102 with a refrigerant liquid pipe 116. A waste heat recovery decompression device and a waste heat recovery heat exchanger are provided in the bypass pipe 117 from the refrigerant liquid pipe 116 sequentially. An oil separator 104 is provided upstream of a merging section of discharge piping of a first compressor 101 and the second compressor 102, and an oil return pipe 118 is provided in a bottom portion of the oil separator 104. The oil return pipe 118 is connected to a first oil return pipe 120 connected to a low-pressure gas pipe 112 downstream of an accumulator 109 via a first oil return regulating valve 119 and a second oil return pipe 122 connected to the bypass pipe 117 downstream of the waste heat recovery heat exchanger 114 via a second oil return regulating valve 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
