Abstract:
To solve the problems that a large amount of equipment investment is required to bury an underground heat exchanger in a conventional underground heat utilization, and that an air conditioner repeats operation and stop in the case where a load is smaller than minimum capacity to cause a reduction in operation efficiency and comfort.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes an underground heat utilization heat exchanger 10 equipped with first throttle means 15 and second throttle means 26 at both ends, and can effectively utilize underground heat even with the small-scale underground heat utilization heat exchanger 10 to reduce equipment investment by controlling the first throttle means 15 and the second throttle means 26 to appropriately managing an underground heat utilization amount. Further, in the case where a load is smaller than a minimum capacity of the air conditioner, the first throttle means 15 and the second throttle means 26 are controlled to give excessive capacity into underground from the underground heat utilization heat exchanger 10 to accumulate heat, preventing operation and a stop from being repeated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
