Abstract:
To solve a problem that initialization of a utilization expansion valve provided on an indoor side generates noise and thus causes a person present on the indoor side to feel uncomfortable.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 includes a refrigerant circuit 40 and a control section 60. In the refrigerant circuit 40, a first utilization heat exchanger 111, a utilization expansion valve 13 and a second utilization heat exchanger 112 are arranged sequentially. The control section 60 performs reheating dehumidification operation for causing one of the first utilization heat exchanger 111 and the second utilization heat exchanger 112 to function as an evaporator and the other to function as a condenser. During the reheating dehumidification operation, the control section 60 does not perform first initialization operation when a refrigerant amount flowing in the first utilization heat exchanger 111 and the second utilization heat exchanger 112 is caused to become zero or minute on the basis of determination made by itself, by satisfying a prescribed condition. The first initialization operation is operation for confirming a reference position of a valve opening by fully closing the utilization expansion valve 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
