PURPOSE: To facilitate the mounting of a cabinet at an outdoor proper location by providing on the cabinet a mounting section mountable at the outdoor proper location, and inserting and holding a cabinet body from a lower surface opening portion upon the body cabinet being suspended from a ceiling.

CONSTITUTION: When a body 1 is suspended from a balcony ceiling surface 13, suspension bolts 14a, 14b are first buried for fastening in the balcony ceiling surface 13. Then, the bolts 14a, 14b are inserted into suspension holes 8a, 8b formed in a mounting section 8 and fastened with nuts 15a, 15b. Further, the body 1 is inserted from the lower opening section 6a in a cabinet 6, and bottom plate 5 fastening bolts 18a, 18b are hooked in bolt insertion sections 19a, 19b of right and left side plates 7a, 7b. Thereafter, a front panel 9 and a rear panel 11 are fixed using engaging flanges 17a, 17b mounted on the right and left side plates 7a, 7b, and a front surface opening portion 6b and a rear surface opening section 6c in the cabinet 6 is closed and mounted.
