An air-conditioner is formed such that a heat-exchanger 4 and a supply fan 5 contained in a fan casing 5a are arranged in an air passage to couple together an air inlet 2 and an air outlet 3, and a wind direction plate 6 is pivotally supported at an air outlet 3. An opening part (b) is arranged on the upper surface side of the air inlet 2a, the fan casing 5a is formed in a large diameter, and a part of the fan casing 5a is exposed to an external part through the opening part (b).
