To minimize indoor temperature fluctuation by controlling the flow rate of a heat exchanging medium being supplied from a heat source to the primary of a heat exchanger to increase when the opening of a flow control valve approaches a level corresponding to full open or full close state.
When the opening of a flow control valve 58, 78, 90 approaches a level corresponding to full open or full close state, flow rate of a medium being supplied from a heat source to the primary of a heat exchanger is controlled to increase. Since the temperature of a heat exchanging medium circulating through a second circulation path or being fed therefrom to a first circulation path through a channel is varied in the direction for compensating the lowering of heat exchange efficiency in a coil, opening of the flow control valve 58, 78, 90 can be returned from a level corresponding to full open state to a level corresponding to the intermediate state between full open and full close states. According to the arrangement, indoor temperature can be prevented from falling into uncontrollable state even if the heat exchange efficiency of the coil deteriorates due to aging.
