PURPOSE: To enable heating or cooling of a specified spot in one room, by providing a divider which divides a heat exchanger on the indoor side by depending a flow passage part and changes a distribution ratio of an amount of a coolant fed to the heat exchanger on the indoor side.
CONSTITUTION: High-temperature high-voltage gas flows through an electromagnetic value 3A and heating area gas is cooled by a high-temperature radiation part 5A. The gas is divided into a flow to a heat exchanger 5B in a living floor direction and a flow to a heat exchanger 5C in other direction for distribution by means of a distribution amount varying 3-way valve 4. During heating rise, a coolant is about equally distributed to make effective use of capacity. As temperature is increased to a set value, the capacity is decreased, the 3-way valve 4 is regulated by a control circuit 12, and a ratio of a coolant amount to the heat exchanger 5B is increased over that to the heat exchanger 5C to improve warming sensation in a living direction. Motion during cooling and heating is such that a high pressure coolant is reduced in a pressure by a throttle mechanism 7, and after the coolant flows through a check valve 6A and is evaporated by the heat exchanger 5A, the coolant flows to the 3-way valve 4. Regulation of the 3-way valve 4 causes execution of cooling of a specified spot by similar precedures.
