PURPOSE: To conduct a cooling operation without bringing about a cycle fault even if an atmospheric temperature is low by providing a temperature detector of a refrigerant outlet side of an outdoor side heat exchanger and a controller for suppressing a rotation of an outdoor fan when the temperature is a predetermined value or lower.
CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating cycle is constituted by sequentially connecting a compressor 1, an outdoor side heat exchanger 2 as a condenser, an expansion valve 3 as a pressure reducing mechanism and an indoor side heat exchanger 4 as an evaporator. An outdoor fan 5 is attached to the exchanger 2 to be forcibly air supplied. A temperature detector 6 is provided at a refrigerant outlet side to always detect an outlet temperature. A controller 7 which inputs a detection signal to be output from the detector 6 is provided. When the outlet side temperature of the exchanger 2 is a predetermined temperature or lower, a control signal for decelerating or stopping a rotational speed of the fan 5 is output. Accordingly, since a rotation of the fan 5 is suppressed corresponding to a drop of a refrigerant temperature, its condensing operation is held substantially constant to eliminate a cycle fault.
