On the other hand, if the difference between the temperatures becomes equal to or greater than the threshold for determining the priority operation, the complex system 100 operates in a hot-water supply priority mode in which the operating frequency of the compressor 1 is controlled according to a difference between the set hot-water supply temperature and a water temperature in a hot-water supply tank 305.
