PURPOSE: To enable a control of air quantity at each guest room by providing an air-quantity-control unit in each guest room and performing air-conditioning by the central duct method.
CONSTITUTION: A unit 9 whose air quantity is controllable manually is provided for each guest room 1 and, by detecting static-pressure fluctuation in an air-changing duct 6 caused by the change of operation of this unit 9, an air conditioner 4 is controlled to be under a prescribed static pressure. On the other hand, by a signal from a sensor 10 detecting the difference between the pressure in a corridor of each floor and the standard pressure, a motor damper 11 provided in a ventilation duct 7 is controlled and the damper, in its turn, regulates the quantity of ventilated air in the guest room 1 in accordance with the quantity of charged air in the room 1. In addition, air exhaustion is controlled to be at the prescribed quantity by a quantity regulating device 12 of a exhaust duct 8.
