To provide an air conditioning refrigerating device capable of effectively using excessive cold of an air conditioner side in a refrigerator side during cooling operation of an air conditioner.
The air conditioning refrigerating device is provided with the air conditioner 1 composed by connecting an outdoor unit 2 and an indoor unit 3 by an air conditioning refrigerant pipe to cool and heat a room, and a refrigerator 5 composed by connecting a showcase 6 and a refrigerating unit 7 by a refrigerating refrigerant pipe to cool and preserve a commodity held in the showcase 6. A water heat exchanger 28 used as a heat exchanging part capable of using the excessive cold of the air conditioner 1 is provided between a compressor 27 and an air-cooled condenser 29 of the refrigerating unit 7. The water heat exchanger 28 is connected in parallel with the indoor unit 3 with respect to the outdoor unit 2. Refrigerant delivered from the compressor 27 of the refrigerating unit 7 is sequentially circulated in an order of the water heat exchanger 28, the air-cooled condenser 29 and a cooler 25.
