Abstract:
To provide an air conditioning system for vehicle which can continue air conditioning in a cabin even when an internal combustion engine is in a stopped state, while suppressing load increase during the operation of the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 1 for vehicle is applied to a vehicle which travels by an output from an engine 2 and includes an adsorber 12 in which an adsorbent 122 is stored. The air conditioning system 1 for vehicle includes an evaporative condenser 14 which can supply a reaction medium to the adsorber 12 by evaporating the reaction medium, and which can condense and store the reaction medium flowing in from the adsorber 12. The air conditioning system 1 for vehicle includes an indoor heat exchanger 54 for adjusting the temperature of the air supplied to a cabin by utilizing heat generated by the adsorbent 122 and the reaction medium being coupled while the engine 2 is stopped or evaporative latent heat of the reaction medium in the evaporative condenser 14. The air conditioning system 1 for vehicle includes a waste heat recovery device 34 for recovering waste heat from an internal combustion engine while the engine 2 is operating, and the waste heat recovered by the waste heat recovery device 34 is heat-transported to the adsorber 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
