To solve the problems of prior art such that cooling of a condenser of an aircraft is achieved with two-step adiabatic expansion of air taken into a cabin, so that power recovery with each expansion is required to result in increased blades where rotation balance extremely severely becomes unbalanced which influences on reliability against the problems.
Cooling for a condenser 18 is performed with use of a Peltier device 28, and electric power to actuate the device is taken from solar cells 29a, 3a, and 3b provided on a parking apron 29, a body 1 of the air craft, and blades 2. As a result, consumption of a fuel for the air craft 1 is suppressed, and large electric power requiring for the actuation of the Peltier device 28 is also ensured to cool air supplied to the cabin 6.
