Title:
AIR-COOLED GAS TURBINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3044996
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the temperature rise of a rotor generated in association with the recovery of high temperature air after cooling a moving blade so as to reduce thermal stress in a closed air-cooled gas turbine, and recover the pumping power of cooling air so as to obtain the gas turbine with high efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: The supply path of moving blade cooling air is formed via a cavity 17 at the center of a rotor, and a path disposed more on the outer peripheral side than the cavity 17 to let high temperature air after cooling the moving blade flow outside of the rotor is formed of an inner passage 40a formed at a spacer 40, a recovery pipe 47 mounted piercing a disc 41, and the like. The inner passage 40a and the recovery pipe 47 are provided with heat insulating means. The high temperature air after cooling the moving blade, and pumping power can be thereby recovered without raising the rotor temperature so as to improve the efficiency of a gas turbine.
