Title:
AIR-FILLED PLAYING BALL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0226573
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a safe playing ball suitable for a infant child although the ball shape is similar to a conventional air filled game ball by constituting the outer case of a light cloth material and the inner air bag of a conventional rubber balloon. CONSTITUTION: This ball consists of a non-extensible and flexible cloth material to come into the shape of a desired game ball when an outer case 10 is sufficiently expanded so that a not-inflated air bag 11 can be inserted into the case 10 through an opening 13, which can be closed, formed on the case 10. The air bag 11 is a conventional rubber balloon and a stem thereof is to enable a user to inflate the balloon by the mouth (exhaling). After inflating the air bag 11, the stem 14 is tied, the air bag 10 is pushed into the case 10, the opening 13 is closed, and thereby the inflated balloon is sufficiently wrapped into the outer case 10 so that a part is not pushed out through the opening 13. As a result the ball comes into a safe ball suitable for child's use.
