The air activity member 12 is arranged so that its thickness direction runs in the longitudinal direction of the column part 13. The air activity member 12 has a large number of air inserting holes for inserting air. The air activity member 12 is juxtaposed in a plurality in the longitudinal direction of the column part 13. The respective air activity members 12 are arranged so as to cross with each other.
