Abstract:

To suppress increase of a ventilation resistance, concerning an air filter, a manufacturing method thereof and an air cleaner using the air filter.

The outer peripheral parts of a base material layer 6, a fine fiber layer 10 and a protective layer 11 are fixed by an adhesive 9 having a linear locus 9a, and the inner peripheral parts of the base material layer 6, the fine fiber layer 10 and the protective layer 11 are fixed by an adhesive 9 having a linear locus 9b. The linear diameter of the adhesive 9 having the linear locus 9a is thinner than the linear diameter of the adhesive 9 having the linear locus 9b, and the linear locus 9b has a smaller locus change degree per unit area than the linear locus 9a.
