Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pivot left and right main flaps in conjunction with the pivoting of sub flaps by one set of motor in case when the left and right flaps are slanted toward the central direction of an air outlet grille while only the left and right main flaps are pivoted by the motor except in case the above- mentioned case by providing a semi transfer device of driving force and connecting rods.
SOLUTION: Left and right flaps 2 for changing the flow direction of air are provided at the opening of an air outlet grille 1 while the left and right flaps 2 are constituted of left and right main flaps (main) 2a and left and right sub flaps (sub) 2b. The subs 2b are provided at the side surface parts 1c of the air outlet grille 1 with respect to the position of the main 2a. The driving force of a motor 3, pivoting the main 2a, is transmitted to a driving force semi transfer device 6 through connecting rods 4, 5. According to this method, the main 2a and the sub 2b are pivoted in conjunction with the pivoting of the main 2a when the left and right flaps 2 are slanted toward the central direction of the air outlet grille 1. On the other hand, except in case wherein the left and right flaps 2 are slanted toward the central direction, the sub 2b are stopped at the side surface parts 1c and only the main 2a can be pivoted.
