Abstract:

PURPOSE: To develop an air fuel ratio monitoring device in which a calculating accuracy of an air ratio in a combustion device such as a gas boiler and a gas absorbing cold or hot water machine is improved, this air ratio is monitored, the air fuel ratio is kept constant, the fuel is stably and completely ignited without generating any carbon monoxide or soot, an alarm is produced if an abnormal state occurs or its combustion is stopped.
CONSTITUTION: An air ratio in a gas combustion device is calculated in reference to a gas pressure and an air pressure and an air-fuel-ratio is monitored in a gas burner monitoring device. In such a gas burner monitoring device, data of gas pressure and air pressure sensed for every predetermined time are stored at the memory part arranged for every rate of load. When the memory part is saturated, its mean value is calculated by an operation device so as to get an air-fuel-ratio and subsequently the operation device may calculate a moving mean value every time the new detected data of gas pressure and air pressure are stored in the memory device. The air-fuel-ratio is calculated in response to each of the moving mean values and then outputted as data.
