To provide a clean air outlet device with superior appearance similar to common air outlet structure of a shape with an air passing portion arranged with cloth surrounded by a frame, eliminating a sense of incongruity with an attachment face, and facilitating replacement of a cloth portion.
Since a cloth-like filter 13 is arranged with respect to a frame like air outlet body 10 having a recessed part 12a continuous in a circumferential direction to cover an opening 10a of the air outlet body 10, an elastic body 14 is attached to the recessed part 12a to stretch the filter 13, and the filter 13 arranged on the opening 10a holds a flat shape with no unevenness, a shape close to a common air outlet wherein the opening 10a with the filter 13 positioned in an inner side of a frame like portion is provided, a sense of incongruity is eliminated in an arranged state, and it can be widely applied to various places. The filter 13 can be detachably replaced in a removed state of the elastic body 14 with respect to the air outlet body 10, and replacement to a new filter 13 can be carried out without trouble.
