PURPOSE: To easily operate an air purifier even during the driving of a car by providing standard signal wiring in a car to provide a terminal capable of inputting the signal of an LAN controller for collectively controlling terminal equipment by a driver in the air purifier.

CONSTITUTION: A power supply circuit 22 forming a power supply necessary for the operation of an air purifier from the line of a car power supply 1, an air purifier main body 14 having load 5 such as an electromotive blower built therein and an operation circuit 7 operating a drive circuit 6 on the basis of an operation signal and the signals from various sensors to input a signal for displaying the operative state of the air purifier to a display circuit 3 are provided. The input terminal 8 receiving the operation signal from the local area network 9 in a car is provided in the air purifier 14. As a result, an operation apparatus 15 and a display device 16 are mounted within the visual field near to a driver without requiring exclusive wiring and the air purifier for a car can be safely and easily operated even during the driving of the car.
