Abstract:
To provide an air removal device that is able to remove air in oil in a pipe of an electrostatic oil purification machine by a simple operation, and to provide a method for removing air in oil in a pipe of an electrostatic oil purification machine.SOLUTION: An air removal device includes a tubular member and a translucent hose. The tubular member communicates from one end to the other end, and the one end is connectable to an open end of a pipe of an electrostatic oil purification machine. The hose is connectable to the other end of the tubular member. The tubular member has: a first portion extending in one direction from the one end of the tubular member and along a central axis of the pipe; and a second portion bent from the first portion and extending to the other end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
