Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out the biochemical inspection speedily and with high reproducibility by supplying a reagent into a sample supporting body (after electrophoresis) uniformly and automatically, and placing the sample supporting body under a stable reaction temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A reactor for biochemical inspection is at lesst equipped with a pair of strip-shaped transport bodies 46 and 49 which advance in the same direction in the stare where each one part is closely attached by a prescribed distance and nip and transport a sample supporting body thin film 42 at the closely attached part, and a heating source 59 which is installed in the vicinity of the closely attached parts of a pair of strip shaped transport bodies 46 and 49 and keeps the sample supporting body thin film 42 nipped at the closely attached part, at a prescribed temperature.
