An indoor side opening (1) of an exhaust duct 2 of an exhaust means is provided on the upper side of a dining room D side wall face within a kitchen K, and an indoor side air blowout port 4 of an intake duct 3 of an intake means is provided on the lower side (10) of a boundary portion between the kitchen K and the dining room D. The blowout opening 4 of the intake duct 3 is arranged toward the exhaust duct 2. Due to this configuration, an air curtain made to flow from the air blowout port 4 toward a range hood 1 is formed, and gas (smoke and oil etc.) generated by a charcoal stove O can be efficiently discharged by the minimum amount of intake air.
