PURPOSE: To provide an air supplying pipe composed of a drum rotatable around a longitudinal axis, having holes on the cylinder part and having an air channel connected to its terminal, blowing air supplied into the drum through the hole and enabling the self-cleaning of the space in a machine liable to be contaminated.

CONSTITUTION: The objective air supplying pipe for a papermaking machine is attached in a direction traversing the machine in a space of the machine necessitating the ventilation and/or air-conditioning and liable to be contaminated and/or stained. The air supplying pipe is composed of a drum 20 rotatable around a longitudinal axis. Holes 25 are opened on the cylindrical part 24 of the drum 20, an air channel 23 is connected to a terminal of the drum 20 and air is supplied to the drum 20 through the air channel 23 and ejected from the drum 20 through the holes 25 on the cylindrical part 24 to the space surrounding the drum 20.
