PURPOSE: To make it possible to attain air-to-ground specification at a facsimile equipment side not through a private branch exchange, by providing a facsimile equipment, which can be connected to a communication netwrok, with a memory method for a selective signal and a timer method.

CONSTITUTION: Telephone set 1 is connected to communication network 3 through switching connection part 7 in network control circuit 5. Sending a selective signal for calling a ground station sets a circuit between main body 4 of facsimile equipment 2 and the party ground station. Numbers equivalent to some or all of digits of the selective signal are stroed in memory method 6. To call a specified ground station, timer method 8 is operated to release forcibly the circuit, even after set, through connection part 7 fixed-time later, thereby disallowing facsimile communication with the party ground station. In case of a selective signal for calling any other ground station than specified one, method 8 never operates and the circuit is not released, so that facsimile communication between unit 2 and the party ground station will be possible until a communication end. Key 10 is normally open, but closed only when facsimile communication with the specified ground station.
