PURPOSE: To prevent pollution and loading due to drainage or the like in a valve part from occurring by connecting a valve chest to a float chamber with a tilting pipeline, and making a space ranging from a float to a valve seat longer.
CONSTITUTION: A valve 9 is housed in an upper valve chest 2, a float 12 is housed in a lower float chamber 3, while the valve 9 and the float 12 are connected to each other by a valve steam 11, and the valve chest 2 is connected to the float chamber 3 by a tilting pipeline 16. At a lower end of the float chamber, there is provided with a water port 7 to be connected to a pipeline for sewage or the like, and an upper end of the valve chest 2, there are provided with a vent hole 5 and a valve seat 8. When sewage or the like flows into the float chamber 3 through the water port 7, the valve 9 is seated in the valve seat 8, stopping the discharge of air. At this time, since a sufficient space is formed between the float chamber 3 and the valve chest 2 by the tilting pipeline 16, a valve part is in no case polluted and, what is more, there is no fear to cause any loading.
