Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air valve structure for a tubeless tire capable of solving its prior art problems that cracks may occur at an adhesion part in the prior hot melt process to cause air to be leaked out there, simplifying an entire assembly and changing itself to various length air valves.SOLUTION: An air valve structure for a tubeless tire of this invention comprises a base 20 arranged to pass through a perforation 11 arranged at a rim band 10 and an air valve hole 81 of a rim 80, and an air valve main body 30 with the predetermined length threadably attached to the base 20 while an adapter 40 being assembled thereto. When the adapter 40 and the air valve main body 30 are threadably attached after the base 20 passes through the perforation 11 arranged at the rim band 10 and an air valve hole 81 of the rim 80, they are closely held to each other, so that a desired air-tightness effect can be realized.
