CONSTITUTION: Forming the brim part 7 with the notch 6 having a degree at the tip part of cylindrical pipe 5 that is inserted to guiding part and fixed, and at the same time, capping part 3 that has a taper on the inner surface, and the notch 8 corresponding to the notch 6 in side part, is put in brim part 7 and fixed.
