Abstract:
To provide an airboat capable of reducing its weight while maintaining the structural reliability of a hull.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: An airboat of the present invention has: a hull part having a supporting surface and formed by a non-metallic material; and a deck part extending from a bow side toward a stern side, and having a frame including multiple metal rods fixed on the supporting surface. Each of dorsal fin-shape flap parts provided on the supporting surface of the hull part extends along both sides of each of the multiple rods and is arranged so as to sandwich the multiple rods. Each of the flap parts has hole parts arranged along an extension direction of the flap part. The rods are passed through from the holes of one flap part to the holes of the other flap part among a set of flap parts arranged so as to sandwich each of the multiple rods and are fixed to the hull part by a string-like body which holds to surround each of the multiple rods together with the flap parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
