Abstract:
To provide an easy-to-maintain, lightweight air conditioning device for an aircraft with high energy use efficiency, a simple structure, and less failures.
This device comprises a motorized compressing device 2 for compressing outboard air before introduced in a cabin 3, and a heat pump 5 for transferring heats between the inside of the cabin 3 and outside of the aircraft. The heat pump 5 has a heat exchanger 22 between the outboard air and a heat medium. The device is provided with an airflow generating mechanism 40 for generating flow of the outboard air used for heat-exchange in the heat exchanger 22 by the outboard air compressed by the compressing device 2.
