Abstract:
To discharge water produced in a case to outside the case through a passage and also to prevent flames produced in the case from reaching the outside of the case through the passage.SOLUTION: An actuator 10 for airplane comprises a case 30 for control circuit which internally has a storage space 32 where an electronic circuit 40 for motor is housed. An outer wall 30a of the case 30 for control circuit is provided with a passage 50 connecting the storage space 32 to an outside space. The passage 50 has a value of conduit resistance such that water produced in the storage space 32 can pass, and an oxygen amount of air flowing into the passage 50 from the storage space 32 or outside space is less than an oxygen amount needed to burn a combustible gas produced in the storage space 32 in the passage 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
