Abstract:

PURPOSE: To release engagement at two stages and absorb a strong impact by pressing a lock ram, internally inserted in an inside cylinder head part to the side of a piston cylinder with viscous resin sealed in a pocket part of a cylinder inner all, and making it engaged with an outer cylinder through a segment projected from the lock ram.

CONSTITUTION: A piston cylinder 40 is penetrated in an oil chamber 21 of an inside cylinder 20 by landing, and a free piston 43 compresses an air chamber 41, thus first stage cushioning takes place. When a head of the piston cylinder 40 is further made contact with a head of a lock ram 31, it is moved as compressing viscoelastic resin 34 with this lock ram 31, and a segment 35 is separated at the specified position and a lock is released, whereby an inside cylinder 20 and the piston cylinder 40 are penetrated into an oil chamber 13 of an outer cylinder 10 as one body. At this time, compressed air in an air chamber 12 of the outer cylinder 10 is further compressed. Therefore an impact is absorbed in two stages so that a strong impact is receivable in this way.
