Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airless fill pad for filling a bag-in-box, a liquid filling machine having the same, and a liquid filling method using the same which can reduce a liquid residue in a spout after filling, and which can also reduce remaining air after capping, in view of the situation of the prior art.SOLUTION: An airless fill pad for filling a bag-in-box can ascend and descend while supporting a bag of the bag-in-box from below, and comprises a push-up rod and a pad attached to the upper part thereof. The push-up rod can ascend and descend, and can cause the pad to ascend and descend. The pad has a convex part in an upward direction from below which ascends from below and can be inserted into a spout via the bag after the insertion of a filling nozzle into the spout from above and the completion of the filling of a liquid into the bag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
