Abstract:

To provide an airtight container for fermented food for keeping the freshness and flavor of the food and for informing us of the discharge time of fermentation gas by isolating the gas from the food.

This relates to an airtight container provided with a container main body having a plurality of lock protrusions protruding at predetermined intervals along the top end edge of its opening. The container includes an inside cover 20 which closes the opening of the main body 10 and on which a valve body 30 for discharging gas generated in the main body is mounted and an outside cover 35 which is connected with predetermined spacing from the inside cover 20, forms an airtight storage space with the cover 20 and is provided with an exhaust valve for discharging gas in the storage space. At least one side of the cover 20 and the cover 35 is provided with a lock wing to be connected with the lock protrusions of the main body.
