Abstract:
To provide an airtight seal method of a piezoelectric actuator, capable of accurately transmitting displacement of a movable mechanism to the outside, even if used under high temperature.
This airtight sealing method of a piezoelectric actuator for high temperature, inserting a movable element constituted by the piezoelectric actuator into an envelope consisting of stainless steel, airtightly seals a stem to the beveling part of this envelope by welding under a temperature or higher operating the element and 200°C or lower.
