PURPOSE: To allow the device to flexibly cope with increase in the number of local stations to be accommodated, to execute the processing such as collection, edit and display of alarm so as to centralizingly maintain a conventional local station and an enhanced local station in mixture and to collect the alarm from a radio base station as one of the local stations.
CONSTITUTION: A centralized maintenance station 4 consists of an alarm collection shelf 7 which adopts the shelf form to accommodate plural local stations to absorb difference of alarm information sent from an enhanced local station 1 and a conventional local station 2 and implements display processing and with an MPU/work station 8 implementing initial setting and edit display processing of the collected alarm information via a sophisticated man-machine interface and the alarm information sent from a radio base station 9 is collected by the alarm collection shelf and subjected to maintenance management by the centralized maintenance station.
