Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alert to a risk that an object is caught between a car of an elevator and a car door and is broken with an opening operation of the car door.SOLUTION: An alarm device 1 mounted inside of a jamb 3 within a car comprises: a switch board 5 supported by coil springs 6 and a buzzer 8 having an abutting part 8a arranged with a predetermined interval from the switch board 5. The car door 9 starts an opening operation when the car stops at a stop floor. A bag of a passenger 12 having a contact with the car door 9 is caught into a gap between the car door 9 and the alarm device 1 interlocking the opening operation of the car door 9 and is pulled further. A switch board 5 is moved by this pulling force in a direction toward the abutting part 8a of the buzzer 8 against an energization of the coil spring 6 and when it contacts with the abutting part 8a, the buzzer 8 raises an alarm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
