Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a driver from forgetting an appointment or the like, by setting an alarming time, and sounding a voice alarm at the set time even when a switch of a power system connected to an engine is on or off. CONSTITUTION:The alarm device includes a constant-voltage power circuit 5 connectable with a battery power source 1, an ignition key switch 4 for connecting the power circuit 5 with the battery power source 1, and a clock circuit 8 for setting a time and generating a clock signal in response to the set time. Further, there is provided an input/output circuit 6 having an activating means for connecting the power source 1 with the power circuit 5 in response to the clock signal without following the switch 4, and for generating an activation signal. A control circuit 7 generates an operation control signal informative of the set time in response to the activation signal. Then, a voice synthesizing circuit 9 generates a voice for alarming the set time. Electrical connection between the power source 1 and the power circuit 5 is maintained during generation of the operation control signal.
