To provide an alarm image transmission notification system capable of informing a user's portable telephone set or a police station of an alarm and image information without a hand, using a communication network.
At least, one or more monitoring spots 2, a relay server 1, and two or more communication systems 3 and 4 are provided on a communication network. The monitoring spot 2 is equipped with a monitoring sensor 2b that monitors regularly, an image pickup means 2a such as a camera which is actuated by the monitoring sensor 2b to pick up the image A of the site when abnormalities such as illegal intrusion occurs, and an alarm transmitting means 2c which transmits the image A together with alarm signals to the relay sever 1. The relay server 1 transfers the site image A and alarm signals received from the monitoring spot 2 to a first communication device 3 and automatically transfers the site image A and alarm signals to a second communication device which is previously registered when the server 1 receives prescribed transfer permission information B.
